工信部等三部門:加快清潔低碳氫替代應用

每經(jing)AI快(kuai)(kuai)訊,據(ju)工信(xin)部(bu)網(wang)站12月31日消(xiao)息,工信(xin)部(bu)等(deng)(deng)三部(bu)門印發《加快(kuai)(kuai)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)領域清(qing)潔(jie)低碳氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)應用(yong)實施方案(an)》,其中提(ti)到,鼓勵煉化行業(ye)(ye)(ye)加氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)裂化、加氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)精(jing)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),煤化工行業(ye)(ye)(ye)氣(qi)化等(deng)(deng)環節(jie)利(li)用(yong)清(qing)潔(jie)低碳氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)替代(dai)化石能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)。推動(dong)有(you)色金屬行業(ye)(ye)(ye)氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)還(huan)原制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)備金屬粉末(mo),半導(dao)體制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造、清(qing)洗、封(feng)裝和焊接,醫藥(yao)行業(ye)(ye)(ye)催(cui)化加氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)清(qing)潔(jie)低碳氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)替代(dai)。開發低成(cheng)本、高可(ke)靠(kao)、可(ke)離網(wang)運(yun)行的(de)(de)“光伏+儲能(neng)(neng)”技術(shu)(shu)及(ji)產(chan)品,不斷提(ti)升制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)用(yong)低成(cheng)本綠電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)供(gong)給(gei)。在符合(he)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)結構調(diao)整的(de)(de)前提(ti)下,推動(dong)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)、光伏發電(dian)(dian)(dian)等(deng)(deng)清(qing)潔(jie)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)富集地區的(de)(de)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)、工業(ye)(ye)(ye)園(yuan)區有(you)序建(jian)設“制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)+用(yong)氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)”一體化項目(mu)。推動(dong)可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)弱并網(wang)、離網(wang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)新模式發展,探索工業(ye)(ye)(ye)余(yu)熱(re)與高溫電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)耦合(he)利(li)用(yong)、海上風電(dian)(dian)(dian)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)等(deng)(deng)新途徑。研發可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)與制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)設施、用(yong)氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)負(fu)荷(he)的(de)(de)自適應、自調(diao)節(jie)系(xi)統(tong),提(ti)升風光功率預測、耦合(he)調(diao)度及(ji)排產(chan)等(deng)(deng)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu)(shu)水平。因地制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)宜推進焦爐煤氣(qi)、氯堿(jian)尾氣(qi)、丙烷脫氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)、乙烷裂解(jie)脫氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)等(deng)(deng)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)副產(chan)氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)規模化提(ti)純,支持有(you)條件的(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)對(dui)化石能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氫(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)設施加裝碳捕(bu)集利(li)用(yong)裝置。
